Claudia Cretti

Claudia Cretti, C5 para-cyclist, has been a cycling pro since 2015, when she started competing with the Inpa Bianchi team.

From a young age she participated in international competitions on road and track with the Italian national team, obtaining great satisfaction in 2013 when she won the European Championships in the Anadia-POR velodrome.

In 2017 she joined the Valcar Team, with which she participated in her second Giro d’Italia, obtaining a remarkable eighth place in the stage with arrival in Occhiobello. However, during the eighth stage Isernia-Baronissi, she suffered a bad accident that changed her life and led her to start a new adventure in para-cycling.

In 2019 you won the Italian Road Championships in Bassano del Grappa and in the time trial of Marostica. In 2021 you won the Italian Road Championships and obtained a silver medal on the road and a bronze in the time trial at the Oostende World Cup.

In June of the same year she participated in the Road World Championships in Portugal, obtaining fourth place in the course and seventh place in the time trial.
